Supported Employment

The goal of this work-oriented program is to help adults with disabilities find and maintain employment at community-based businesses. The program offers vocational assessment, job readiness, and work skills training. Supported Employment is funded by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services. Other program benefits include:

• We match each individual to a position that matches both skills and interests.
• One-on-one coaching and support as needed.
• A work schedule for as little as one to 40+ hours per week.
• Companies hiring supported employment candidates may receive up to $8,500 in federal tax credits.
